Job Summary
The Office Administrator role combines front-office administration with cross-departmental support across USM facilities. Core duties include entering customer accounts and pricing, handling contracts and invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll timecards processing, onboarding and coordinating new hires, and assisting in interviewing. The position also supports administrative coordination across multiple departments, scheduling travel for trainings, managing documentation for ISO/RIOS compliance, and providing responsive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong data-entry skills, MS Office proficiency, organizational ability, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative role experience
- Professional, customer-service oriented attitude
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Office)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
