Job Summary
Bilingual Counter Sales Representative to assist customers in person and over the phone with product selection, pricing, and order inquiries; build and maintain customer relationships to support sales growth; process orders, invoices, work orders, and sales tickets; coordinate with purchasing, production, delivery, and technical teams; prepare material takeoffs for residential and commercial construction projects; research pricing and lead times for special orders; maintain stock levels on the sales floor and stockroom; handle returns, credits, and payment issues; balance the cash register; collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure excellent customer service; follow all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish required

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning industry software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building materials or construction applications is a plus
- Previous customer service, sales, or construction industry experience preferred
