Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and health insurance solutions. Connect with clients to understand their needs, establish rapport, and provide guidance on product selection while ensuring accurate transaction records in the agency management system. No cold calling; utilize high-volume inbound leads and walk-in traffic to achieve or exceed sales goals. This role offers unlimited uncapped commission, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and comprehensive paid training with ongoing mentorship. As a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty licensed agent, you will drive growth within Confie, the #1 Personal Lines Leader by the Insurance Journal, with opportunities for career advancement across our family of companies including Freeway, Baja, and Bluefire.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
