Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and sales opportunities, building rapport with clients to identify needs and offer tailored solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics while resolving customer issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, staying up to date with product knowledge and company offerings. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Complete a full application on the careers page, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test. Fluently speak and write in Spanish and English, type 20+ words per minute, and possess strong communication skills. Submit to a Level II background investigation, drug screening, and comply with all conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Customer-focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles in a contact center
- Previous experience in state or federal work environments
