Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers by explaining financing options, warranties, and promotions in their preferred language. Build trust through a consultative, relationship-focused approach to overcome objections and confidently close sales. Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through installation. Earn up to $250,000 annually with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, supported by pre-qualified appointments and paid training.
