Bilingual Sales Representative at Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat (Milwaukie, OR) drives customer engagement in English and Spanish, using consultative selling to align the Chrysler lineup with customer needs. Responsibilities include greeting and translating product features and financing terms, conducting vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations, lead management via phone/text/email, closing sales, and increasing dealership presence in the local bilingual community. The role includes two guaranteed training pay plans during onboarding, a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential, and comprehensive benefits (health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO), plus paid training, and employee pricing. Requirements include bilingual proficiency, 2+ years automotive sales experience (preferred with a new car franchise), CRM experience (DriveCentric preferred), ability to source and convert leads, MOPAR knowledge preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen. Schedule includes two consecutive days off and mandatory weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and a second language (Spanish preferred) with the ability to read, write, and speak both professionally
- Experience: 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience (New car franchise preferred)
- Tech Savvy: In-depth knowledge of CRM operations (experience with DriveCentric is a major plus)
- Hustle: Proven ability to source, "chase down," and convert leads
- MOPAR Knowledge: Prior experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram is preferred
- Corporate Requirements: Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record; able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen
