Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Engineer to support Americas clients in a hybrid role (Austin or Boston). Lead product demos, technical discovery, API integrations, and data migration for mid-market and enterprise deals; collaborate with Account Executives, handle technical objections, and execute detailed deal handoffs to onboarding teams. Shape the product by capturing customer and competitive insights for the roadmap and track revenue impact. Elevate the sales team through training and collateral development; design end-to-end technical solutions covering API integrations, data flow, CRM connectivity, and data migration. Requires English and Spanish, 4+ years in a B2B SaaS sales-engineering role; strong technical foundation with REST/GraphQL, OAuth, JWT, CRM/POS/CMS integrations, and data modeling; degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) — required
- 4+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record supporting complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
- Strong foundation in marketing automation, API integrations (REST, GraphQL), authentication (OAuth, API keys, JWT), web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS), and data modeling
- Experience with CRM systems, POS, CMS, and third-party platform connectivity
- Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple Account Executives simultaneously while maintaining high win rates
- Experience translating market needs into product requirements with quantifiable revenue impact
- Exceptional communicator — able to speak to both IT administrators and C-level marketing executives
- Analytical, organized, and self-motivated in fast-paced environments
- Degree in Engineering or Business with strong technical aptitude preferred
