Job Summary
Hybrid role blending sales support and credit administration to assist funding flow for working capital applications. Responsibilities include data entry, documenting audits, verifications across platforms (ESC, Corporate Registry, Perfect Audit, Salesforce), entering submission details for credit visibility, aiding fraud prevention, identifying friction in documentation, and proposing process improvements. In Sales Support, act as liaison between sales and credit, support Account Executives, de-escalate internal complaints, work independently within a team to meet service levels, follow up on funding status and deadlines, provide training to improve documentation accuracy. In Auditing & Funding, complete funding packages accurately, ensure policy compliance, respond to questions from reps, and register required documents. Requires bilingual French/English and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional hybrid environment.
