Job Summary
Conduct bilingual sales service for commercial paint customers by determining needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions. Resolve customer concerns promptly, process sales transactions accurately, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Mix products to customer specifications, stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain in-stock conditions. Assist with deliveries, load/unload trucks, and clean store equipment while ensuring high visual standards. Work part-time at Store #3115 in Decatur, IL, earning $16.25 hourly with eligibility for health, retirement, and time-off benefits. Requires English and Spanish fluency, no sponsorship needed, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
