Job Summary
Make outbound and inbound telephone calls to prospective clients who have inquired about reverse mortgage solutions. Qualify leads, explain HomeEquity Bank products, overcome objections, and answer client questions regarding their financial situation. Enter customer information including name and secured debt into Salesforce, adjust sales scripts to target specific needs, and schedule appointments with the Inside Sales Team. This bilingual role requires fluency in French and English, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. The position supports HomeEquity Bank's mission to help Canadian homeowners 55 and up live retirement on their terms through the CHIP Reverse Mortgage product.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
- Progressive customer service or Tele-sales experience
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Flexibility to work between 8am - 8pm (EST) Monday to Friday
- Ability to work on weekends shifts is mandatory
- Proficiency in both French and English languages
- Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel
- Experience and comfortable gathering sensitive information from clients regarding their financial situation
- Experience with Salesforce
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable working with targets and achieving them
- Is a result oriented individual
- Knows how to manage time-sensitive information
- Is well organized
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
