Job Summary
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery, presenting new and pre-owned inventory while communicating professionally in both English and Spanish. Assist guests in finding the right vehicle, manage internet, phone, and showroom leads using CRM tools, and build relationships before, during, and after the sale. Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and market trends while executing monthly sales plans to maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction and sales volume.
