Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer entering and leaving the store while providing knowledgeable responses to inquiries about fit, promotions, and inventory. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area by keeping merchandise properly displayed, scanning products to ensure correct placement, and assisting with stock and display resets. Support management with price changes, leveling, and visual standards while avoiding high-pressure sales tactics. Work with supervisors to execute company goals and contest actions, ensuring security consciousness and prompt attendance. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
