Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer entering and leaving the store while providing friendly, knowledgeable selling techniques without high-pressure tactics. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area by scanning products, ensuring correct placement, and checking for mismatches in the boot department. Support management with price changes, leveling, display resets, and visual standards while keeping abreast of fashion trends and sale promotions. Process customer returns for exchanges and respond to inquiries regarding fit, workmanship, and inventory. Work with supervisors to execute company goals and contest actions. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
