Job Summary

Process wires, cash checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, lottery tickets, and online sales. Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering questions, directing them to appropriate resources, and analyzing needs to recommend products and services. Manage large cash transactions by counting, balancing drawers, verifying balances with the system, and processing bank deposits. Comply with company, state, and federal policies while maintaining client confidentiality and reporting suspicious activity. Keep track of all shift transactions using company systems and support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promoting campaigns. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with operational improvements as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must speak Spanish fluently
  • Must speak at least basic English
  • Ability using computer's keyboard (letters and numbers) and computer mouse
  • Detail oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, advise about rates, & make recommendations
  • Ability to gather key information to find solutions for our customers
  • Ability to manage large amounts of cash transactions
  • Team player, collaborator, and service oriented
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment
  • Maintains and applies current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standards
  • Must be able to stand and/or carry things up to 20 lbs
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 20 lbs
  • Must be able to sit for extended hours
  • Must be able to observe and listen
  • Must be able to clean and organize as needed

  • Must be able to wire, cash checks, loans, and sell various company products like money orders, bill payments, lottery tickets and online sales, top-ups and reloads
  • Must be able to serve as the first point of contact for customers, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate for their needs
  • Must be able to count and balance cash drawers, verify balance with the system, and handle cash responsibly to prevent errors and maintain accuracy
  • Must be able to process deposits from and to the bank
  • Must be able to handle cash received and delivering by agents
  • Must be able to identify and recommend additional company products and services that meet customer needs
  • Must be able to comply with company, state and federal policies and regulations
  • Must be able to maintain client confidentiality
  • Must be able to identify and report any inappropriate or suspicious activity

  • Must be able to support company marketing initiatives when required, such as distributing flyers, sharing promotional materials with customers, or assisting with in-store and out-store campaigns
  • Must be able to ensure professionalism and alignment with company branding
