Job Summary
Represent the organization to external clients by delivering outstanding customer service through daily in-person and phone interactions. Proactively enhance company acceptance and branding while applying best practices during transactions and services. Analyze customer needs, advise on rates, and make recommendations based on gathered information. Manage large cash transactions, maintain confidentiality of customer data, and apply current procedural knowledge for compliance. Keep the work environment clean and organized while capturing data and collaborating with the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must speak Spanish fluently
- at least basic English communication
- Ability using computer's keyboard (letters and numbers) and computer mouse
- Detail oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency
- Strong verbal & written communication skills for constant interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Ability to analyze customer needs, advise about rates, & make recommendations
- Ability to gather key information to find solutions for our customers
- Maintains confidentiality of customer information
- Ability to manage large amounts of cash transactions
- Team player, collaborator, and service oriented
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Maintains and applies current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standards
