Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively to build trust. Provide exceptional customer service and handle diverse services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Listen actively and empathize with customer challenges to foster lasting relationships. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, supporting overall store performance. Travel locally to multiple stores daily as necessary. Stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs while working 10-12 hours in a confined area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges
- Ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
