Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively, empathizing with challenges, and building trust. Handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships and contribute to overall store performance. Work 10-12 hours in a confined area, standing for extended periods, with local travel to multiple stores as needed. Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
