Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services, while communicating effectively to build trust and foster lasting relationships. Handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations. Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues daily, embracing an entrepreneurial spirit and accountability for overall store performance. Stand for extended periods and work 10-12 hours in a confined area, with local travel to multiple stores as necessary. Spanish is preferred, and full-time associates receive medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
