Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate at Blue Fig USA (Cricket Wireless retailer) drives wireless product and service sales through in-store customer engagement, product demonstrations, and personalized consultations. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, presenting products and services, handling customer contracts and warranties, cash handling, staying current on pricing plans, promotions, and service features, and providing market feedback. Requires strong customer service, bilingual English and Spanish, ability to work varied retail hours, and a team-oriented, self-motivated approach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Base Salary Range $14.00 hr
- Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
