Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, bilingual customer service in English and Spanish by offering tailored wireless solutions and representing the Cricket brand with professionalism. Assist store leaders with daily operations while achieving sales goals and KPIs to maximize commission potential. Work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for long periods to serve clients in a fast-paced environment. Must reside within 30 minutes of the home store with reliable transportation and ability to work multiple locations within a district.

- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking
- Required to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation)
