Job Summary
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding of client needs. Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism. Assist store leaders with operations and duties to support daily store functions. Achieve sales goals and KPIs to unlock commission bonuses. This bilingual role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings and holidays, and the ability to work within a 30-minute radius of multiple locations. Candidates must be at least 18, legally able to work in the U.S., and capable of lifting up to 10 pounds.
