Job Summary
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding of client needs. Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism. Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties. This bilingual role requires fluency in English and Spanish, reliable transportation, and the ability to work minimum 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in two or more languages. This specific position requires English and Spanish.
- Clear communication skills
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking
- Required to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions to completion
- Problem solves under pressure
