Bilingual Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless at Mobilelink. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, offer tailored wireless solutions, represent the Cricket brand professionally, assist store operations, and work toward sales goals with KPIs and commission. Role involves occasional outside sales events and community activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, be at least 18, legally able to work in the United States, able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings/weekends/holidays, have reliable transportation, live within 30 minutes of the store (with potential to work at multiple locations), be comfortable operating a PC, and maintain a neat, professional appearance. Working conditions include standing for long periods and basic physical tasks like inventory stocking.
