Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate responsible for providing extraordinary customer service and building value by offering tailored wireless solutions to customers, families, and businesses. Represent Cricket Wireless and Mobilelink with professionalism, achieve sales goals and KPIs, participate in store operations and occasional outside events for customer acquisition and brand growth, and maintain a neat appearance and strong communication. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to work at a Portsmouth, VA store with flexibility across district locations; includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in two languages: English and Spanish
- Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Live within 30 minutes of home store location and able to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
