Job Summary
Provide bilingual customer service and sales support for Cricket Wireless at Mobilelink, blending English and Spanish to understand customer needs, offer tailored wireless solutions, represent the Cricket brand with professionalism, assist store operations, and drive sales to meet KPIs. Participate in outside events and community activities as an extension of typical duties, with training and pathways for upward mobility and benefits after probation. Must be able to work at the Lubbock store location, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have reliable transportation to the location.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Legal ability to work in the United States
- Customer-service oriented
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
