Bilingual Sales Advocate for Mobilelink (Cricket Wireless retailer) responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored wireless solutions to individuals, families, or businesses. Role involves representing the Cricket brand professionally, contributing to store operations, achieving sales goals and KPIs with opportunities for commissions, and participating in outside events or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication, honesty, integrity, and a customer-service mindset. Minimum age 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and capable of working at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires reliable transportation, ability to work at multiple locations within a district, and the ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
