Bilingual Sales Advocate (63147)

Bilingual Sales Advocate at a Cricket Wireless Mobilelink retail location seeks candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish to deliver exceptional customer service, tailor solutions to individuals, families, or businesses, and meet sales KPIs with commission opportunities. The role includes representing the Cricket brand professionally, assisting with store operations, and sometimes participating in outside events for customer acquisition and brand awareness. The position requires strong communication, honesty and integrity, prior retail sales is helpful but not required, and the candidate must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States, with at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have reliable transportation, be within 30 minutes of the store, and be able to work across a district as needed; ability to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Working conditions may include events and promotional activities; occasional travel within the district may be required.
