Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate at Mobilelink for Cricket Wireless in Houston, TX. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, recommending tailored wireless solutions, representing the Cricket Wireless brand professionally, supporting store operations, and achieving sales KPIs. May participate in outside events and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and a willingness to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive base pay with commission potential and benefits after probation.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish)
- Clear communication skills with strong attitude and technical aptitude
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity
- Background in retail sales is helpful but not required
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance
