Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and tailoring solutions to meet customer, family, or business needs. Represent Cricket Wireless through the Mobilelink store, aim to achieve sales goals and KPIs, and participate in occasional outside sales events or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Requires proficiency in English and Spanish, ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation to the store(s). Training and growth opportunities provided, with PTO after 90 days and comprehensive benefits. Role involves assisting with store operations, maintaining professionalism, and engaging customers to provide the right solutions. Willingness to participate in events to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
