Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service and tailoring solutions to fit customers’ needs. Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism, assist store leadership with operations, and work toward achieving sales goals and KPIs. Role may include participation in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, dependable transportation, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish)
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance
