Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate responsible for providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to customers, families, and businesses while representing Cricket Wireless. Drive sales performance and KPIs, participate in store operations, and engage in promotional events to support customer acquisition and brand awareness. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, honesty, and integrity; prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required. Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends, and live within reasonable distance to the Hudson, NY store. Demonstrates professionalism, builds value for customers, and contributes to team success through participation in events and community engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Live within 30 minutes of the store location or able to work at multiple locations within a district
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
