Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless retailer Mobilelink. Provide exceptional customer service, build value with tailored solutions for customers, families, or businesses, and represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism. Role includes achieving sales goals/KPIs, assisting with store operations, participating in occasional outside sales events or promotional activities, and supporting brand growth. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and a background in retail sales is welcome but not required. Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States, available to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings/weekends/holidays, and have reliable transportation with the ability to work at multiple locations within a district. Working conditions include standing for long periods and light lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish required)
- Clear communication skills
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
- Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving under pressure
