Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate at Mobilelink Cricket Wireless retailer. Provide exceptional customer service and build value by offering tailored solutions to meet customer, family, or business needs. Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism, assist store leadership with operations, and drive sales to meet KPIs. Participate in outside events or promotional activities as part of business growth. Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and a background in retail sales is helpful but not required. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the store, with flexibility to work across multiple locations within the district. Proficiency with computers and a neat, professional appearance. Daily duties may involve customer interactions, event support, and adherence to brand policies.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish)
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
