Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate at Mobilelink Cricket Wireless in Cleveland, MS. Provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses. Represent the Cricket brand professionally, assist with store operations, and strive to achieve sales goals and KPIs. Role may include outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required; reliable transportation and proximity to the store are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish)
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old
- Able to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
