Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Advocate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored Cricket Wireless solutions; represent the Cricket brand with professionalism; achieve sales goals and KPIs; support store operations; may participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand growth; requires fluency in English and Spanish, ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings/weekends/holidays, reliable transportation, and willingness to work at multiple district locations. The role emphasizes customer-focused selling, training and career growth opportunities, and a strong emphasis on community engagement and brand representation.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish

- Retail sales experience is helpful but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong Social Media presence preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to the location
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district
- Ability to operate a personal computer
