Job Summary
Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures while conducting jobsite visits to evaluate safety performance and compliance. Oversee incident investigations, reporting, and root cause analysis, and partner with operations leadership to align safety with production goals. Lead company-wide training initiatives, certifications, and recordkeeping, serving as the company representative for OSHA or regulatory audits. This role requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, OSHA standards knowledge, and construction safety experience, reporting to the Safety Manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Required Qualifications
- Construction safety experience
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, excavation, and utility construction safety
- Proven ability to lead crews and influence safety culture
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
