Job Summary
Help Center Social Worker role focuses on information, referral, assessment, and advocacy for older adults and caregivers via phone, email, and text. Responsibilities include screening and intake, eligibility assessment for benefits and services, providing guidance on applications, connecting clients to appropriate programs, and coordinating with internal and external partners. Requires bilingual Russian/English communication, strong documentation, and knowledge of long-term care systems in NYC. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Gerontology, or related field required within two months of start date
- 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred
- Experience in geriatrics, intake, screening, or case management preferred
- Bilingual Russian/English required
