Job Summary
Conduct clinical triage assessments, health education, and virtual care services for diverse patient populations via phone, video, and chat. Accurately assess needs, deliver or direct care, identify potential health problems, and coach patients on wellness decisions. Work independently to make clinical decisions on routine patient care matters while documenting all interactions via management software. Monitor performance with dashboard metrics and participate in coaching sessions to improve clinical skills. Requires a multi-state unrestricted RN license, 3+ years of direct patient care experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and a minimum associate's degree. Full-time schedule includes two weekend days every two weeks with 2-4 weeks of virtual training.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience
- Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY
- Ability to become licensed in additional states as required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's degree from a two-year technical college or technical school, or diploma nursing program
- Minimum of an associate's degree from a two-year technical college or technical school, or diploma nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years preferred in a high acuity level i.e. ICU, CC, ER, med-surg, telemetry, and or Tele - Health, Telephonic Triage
