Job Summary
Bilingual Retail Store Manager oversees in-store sales, service and customer experience at the assigned Cricket Wireless location, leads and coaches a team, drives sales performance and operational standards, educates staff on compensation plans, coordinates with the District Manager to launch new products and processes, ensures staff training on promotions, supports HR and loss prevention, manages staffing to budgeted hours, maintains a clean inviting store, and participates in external events to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
- Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
- Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
