Job Summary
Manage store sales and operations by inspiring teams to exceed goals, launching new products with partners, and training staff to sell with confidence. Ensure a clean, welcoming environment while playing an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate employees. Handle administrative duties including compliance and reporting with ease. Work a balanced 8-hour shift on weekdays and most Saturdays. Fluent in English and Spanish with one year of retail sales management experience is required.
