Job Summary
Manage store sales and operations by inspiring teams to exceed goals, launching new products with partners, and ensuring a clean, efficient environment. Coach staff on sales techniques, handle compliance reporting, and play an active role on the sales floor to drive performance. Lead recruitment and development initiatives while maintaining bilingual communication in English and Spanish. Work flexible 8-hour shifts including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
- Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
