Job Summary
Retail Store Manager responsible for owning store sales and operations, coaching and developing a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing inventory, and launching new products and services with the District Manager. Drive to exceed sales goals, maintain a welcoming store environment, ensure compliance and reporting, and lead by example with strong bilingual leadership in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
- Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
- A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
