As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience—from managing inventory to rolling out new products and services. You will inspire the team to exceed sales goals, recruit and develop talent, train staff to sell with confidence, maintain a welcoming store environment, and handle compliance and reporting.
