Job Summary
Lead and coach the store team to consistently exceed sales goals while delivering top-tier customer service. Own store operations from inventory management to rolling out new products, training staff, and ensuring compliance and reporting. Drive business performance by coaching and motivating employees, creating an engaging store environment, and partnering with District Manager on product launches. Requires 1+ year of retail sales management, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
