Job Summary
Retail Store Manager responsible for the sales and operations of the store; lead and coach the team to exceed sales goals while providing top-tier customer service; manage inventory, rollout new products/services with the District Manager, train and develop staff, ensure a clean and welcoming store environment, coach on the sales floor, and handle compliance and reporting. Must be fluent in English and Spanish; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Local duties based in Winterville, NC, with base salary $60K-$80K annual plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to lead, recruit, and develop teams
- Strong sales skills and drive to exceed performance
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
