Job Summary
Retail Store Manager responsible for the sales and operations of the store, leading and coaching a team to exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing inventory, rolling out new products and services with the District Manager, training and developing staff, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment, coaching on the sales floor, and handling compliance and reporting. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish), have 1+ year of retail sales management experience, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Location: Galveston, TX. Base salary plus commission with a total target range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
