Job Summary
As Retail Store Manager you’ll own store sales and operations, lead by example, coach your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, training and developing staff, launching new products and services with the District Manager, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and welcoming store, coaching on the sales floor, and handling compliance and reporting. Requires 1+ year of retail sales management experience, and full bilingual ability in English and Spanish, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
