Job Summary
Lead and manage the store's sales and operations, driving performance and team success. Coach and develop staff, roll out new products/services with the District Manager, ensure a welcoming store environment, handle inventory, compliance, and reporting, and motivate the team to exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience leading, recruiting, and developing teams
- Proven track record in retail sales and team leadership
