Job Summary
Retail Store Manager responsible for the sales and operations of the Sherwood Cricket Wireless dealer store. Lead and coach the team to exceed sales goals while delivering top-notch customer experiences; manage inventory, roll out new products and services with District Manager, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment. Drive coaching on the sales floor, handle administrative duties including compliance and reporting, and contribute to store success with strong leadership and communication. Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with 1+ year of retail sales management experience, and be available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
- Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish
- A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
- Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
- A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
