Job Summary
The Bilingual Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes leading store team members to provide excellent customer service, managing customer service standards in the retail showroom, and ensuring timely processing of online orders and customer merchandise returns. Responsibilities include supervising team adherence to schedules, performing store opening and closing duties, and handling special orders and outside purchases. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and have the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
